I have always had a thirst for knowledge and a prolific desire for personal growth and development. The greater the challenge, the more energized, empowered, and confident I felt - this feeling was addicting.​Throughout my career, I was fortunate to be placed in roles where I had to learn a new business or transform lagging, dysfunctional areas into high performing systems. 

 

Regardless of the challenge, after a few years I felt stagnated - it just wasn't enough. ​I decided to take an active focus on my personal development, attending programs, immersing myself in content, completing assessments and hiring consultants. After 10 years of self-analysis and being assessed, something was still missing, but I couldn't pinpoint what it was. Then I had an epiphany.... I had lost my purpose. I was letting others define my success, so I never felt successful, regardless of my accomplishments.

 

This realization became the catalyst for me to start ESC Strategy. My true purpose and passion is to work with and inspire others to be their best, leveraging the multitude of experiences and wisdom I have gained and documented from the successful entrepreneurs I have had the privilege of working with.
