Don’t worry, be happy.

"Don't worry, about a thing 'Cause every little thing, gonna be all right Singin', don't worry, about a thing 'Cause every little thing, gonna be all right..."

  • Bob Marley released Three Little Birds in 1977 on the album Exodus.

"Here's a little song I wrote You might want to sing it note for note Don't worry be happy In every life we have some trouble But when you worry you make it double Don't worry be happy Don't worry be happy now..."

  • Originally released in 1988 by musician Bobby McFerrin, this iconic song is well-known from the Cocktail movie soundtrack.

These are two feel-good songs designed to make you feel happy. As you listen, the catchy beat, the lyrics – you can feel the emotion coming through the vocals. A slow smile starts to light up your face. Maybe even a little dancing!

When we live in a state of well-being with a sense of purpose and true contentment, we are truly happy.

Little setbacks can often clutter your mind with frustrations and negativity, taking up space and energy where you miss the good stuff in front of you.

Find your happy song. Let loose and have fun. Do what makes you smile.

Now maybe that “thing” isn’t so bad – you can now see it from and different perspective and the alternative opportunity that awaits.
